RD Olson Replacement Parts

RD Olson Manufacturing

Parts Support Built Around the Original Machine

Nor’East Equipment supports RD Olson screening plants, wash plants, conveyors, feeder plants, rock-and-wood separators, crushing plants and other material-handling equipment throughout the Northeast.

From common wear items to plant-specific fabricated components, we start with the equipment model, serial number and actual part before determining the best replacement path.

Parts by Equipment Type

Keep the Entire Plant Working Together

A screening or washing plant is a connected system. A problem in the shaker, conveyor, feed system or power package can affect production across the complete machine.

Screening

Support Beyond Routine Wear Items

Nor’East Equipment can help investigate standard replacement parts, machine-specific components and practical repair options for equipment that has been in service for years.

Shaker & Screen Components

Bearings, shafts, counterweights, drive parts, rubber springs and components used throughout the screen assembly.

Screen Media & Tensioning Parts

Woven wire, self-cleaning screens, tension rails, bucker-up rubber and deck-support components.

Conveyor & Power Transmission

Belting, pulleys, idlers, bearings, gearboxes, motors, couplings and related drive components.

Hydraulic & Electrical Systems

Pumps, motors, valves, hoses, controls, switches and other components identified from the plant configuration.

Wash-System Components

Spray bars, nozzles, manifolds, hoses, screw components, bearings and other wet-processing parts.

Fabricated & Hard-to-Find Parts

Guards, chutes, liners, support components and replacement strategies for plant-specific or obsolete items.

RD Olson equipment can be customized for the original application. Model names alone may not identify every component used on an individual plant.
The Pre-2005 CEC Connection

RD Olson Built a Majority of Earlier CEC Plants

RD Olson Manufacturing built a majority of CEC plants produced before 2005. That manufacturing history creates an important connection for owners of older Screen-It, Road Runner, Crush-It and other CEC equipment.

When the original build file is available, it can help establish how the plant was configured, identify assemblies used during production and provide a better starting point for replacement-part research.

Not every historical machine or build file is available. The complete plant serial number is the best way to begin checking what information may still exist.

Parts Identification

Give Us the Information Needed to Find the Right Build

Serial numbers, photographs and component details connect a parts request to the actual machine. This is especially important with customized RD Olson plants and earlier CEC equipment.

  • Equipment brand, model and plant serial number
  • Screen or shaker serial number when applicable
  • Engine serial number for power-package requests
  • Full-machine and close-up component photographs
  • Existing part, casting and manufacturer numbers
  • Critical dimensions, mounting details and orientation
  • Description of the failure or operating problem

No Part Number?

Send the serial numbers, photographs and measurements you have. We’ll review the information and determine whether a build file, direct replacement or another practical solution can be identified.

Heavy-Duty Equipment with a Manufacturing History Behind It

RD Olson Manufacturing builds crushing, screening, washing, recycling and conveying equipment in the United States.

That manufacturing capability matters when a replacement is not a simple shelf item. Original equipment knowledge, build records and fabrication experience can help create practical support for both current RD Olson machines and many legacy plants.

Nor’East Equipment brings that connection to customers throughout the Northeast, helping bridge the gap between the equipment in the field and the manufacturing resources behind it.

Local Support from Nor’East Equipment

A Northeast Connection to RD Olson Parts and Equipment

Nor’East Equipment provides a local point of contact for parts identification, application review and equipment support.

We help customers work through plant information, compare replacement options and communicate the equipment details needed to support a productive parts request.

Our support does not stop at newer RD Olson equipment. The same practical process applies to legacy CEC machines, customized plants and older components that require more investigation than a simple catalog lookup.

Need RD Olson or Legacy CEC Parts?

Send Nor’East Equipment the serial numbers, photographs and component information you have. We’ll review the request and help determine the next step.

Frequently Asked Questions

RD Olson & Legacy CEC Parts Support

What information should I send with an RD Olson parts request?

Start with the equipment model, plant serial number and clear photographs of the complete machine and required component. Include shaker or engine serial numbers, part numbers, casting numbers and measurements when available.

Can you help if I do not have the original part number?

Often, yes. Serial numbers, photographs, measurements and available build information may allow us to identify a direct replacement or determine another practical solution.

What types of RD Olson equipment can you support?

Nor’East Equipment can review parts requests for screening plants, wash plants, conveyors, feeder plants, rock-and-wood separators, crushing plants, rip-rap plants and other RD Olson material-handling equipment.

What is the connection between RD Olson and CEC equipment?

RD Olson Manufacturing built a majority of CEC plants produced before 2005. That manufacturing history and available build files can provide useful information when supporting many older CEC machines.

Does RD Olson have a build file for every older CEC plant?

No. Historical records vary, and not every plant or build file is available. Supplying the complete plant serial number gives us the best starting point for checking available information.

Can you help with fabricated or obsolete components?

Depending on the machine and available information, Nor’East Equipment can investigate direct replacements, repairs, updated components or fabricated solutions for parts that are no longer readily available.
